Access to and use of the Platform is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of: (a) ticking a checkbox confirming agreement during registration; (b) creating an account; or (c) using any Services offered on the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any additional promotion-specific terms that may be published alongside individual offers. In the event of a conflict between these documents, the more specific document prevails in respect of the subject matter it governs.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

In addition to the age requirement, you are eligible to register and use the Platform only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of the Account.

xs555 and its operator partners are required to verify user identities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to submit identity and address verification documents as requested, which may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., bank statement, wallet screenshot).
• Any additional documentation deemed necessary by the operator's compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. xs555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification without liability. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed prior to processing any withdrawal.

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and binding unless a technical error is demonstrably the cause of an incorrect outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or providing false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion or match-fixing involving any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from known system errors are void.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing xs555 staff or other users.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Attempting to access the Platform using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, game assets and the xs555 brand name and mark — is the property of xs555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from xs555.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• xs555 provides the Platform and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• xs555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• xs555 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• xs555's aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by xs555's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

xs555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms or associated policies is detected or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is identified.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after resolution of pending bets and satisfaction of any applicable bonus conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC and AML clearance.

xs555 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xs555 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through xs555's formal complaints process by contacting support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified in the operator's licence conditions.
